Feedly and Inoreader are both news aggregators that support RSS/Atom and allow to collect content from different sources. They work as web services but also provide apps for mobile devices (Android and iOS). They allow to import content from different sources, organize feeds into folders. Both services are offered on a freemium model: basic functionality is free but for advanced features you need a paid subscription.
But Feedly (released in 2008) is the most popular RSS service now. It has a more thoughtful interface, more tools, including an AI assistant (but mostly for a fee). It is suitable for both beginners and advanced users (provides API for developers). Allows you to create "Social Feeds" from Facebook, Reddit, Mastodon and Telegram discussions.
