WebEx
Cisco Webex is your one place to call, message, meet. Allows to build stronger relationships with face-to-face meetings and real-time collaboration using whiteboarding, screen sharing and more. Provides AI-powered features like real-time transcription and meeting highlights.

GoToMeeting and WebEx are both video conferencing services. They support screen sharing, collaboration tools (chat, file sharing), meeting recording and calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook) integration for scheduling and invitation sending. Both offer access via mobile apps for iOS and Android.

But GoToMeeting (launched in 2004 and formerly owned by Citrix and LogMeIn) is now an independent service with a simple interface and easy setup. It offers a built-in meeting transcription system, strong security features with TLS and AES-256 encryption, integration with enterprise messaging apps like Slack and Microsoft Teams. It is less expensive and therefore more attractive for small and medium business.

WebEx (launched in 1995 and later acquired by Cisco) is one of the oldest and most recognizable services in the market. It supports hybrid events and large webinars, offers more comprehensive participant management capabilities and uses AI for noise reduction and image adjustment. Webex is more intended at larger corporations.
