All-in-one workspace for your notes, tasks, wikis, and databases. A new tool that blends your everyday work apps into one. Allows real-time collaboration with comments and mentions for teams.
Instapaper and Notion are both free productivity tools for information management. They work in browser and provide mobile applications, allow you to save and structure content and support offline mode.
But Instapaper (founded in 2008) is a service for saving articles for comfortable reading later. It provides a minimalist, readable text view without unnecessary elements and a browser plugin that allows you to add articles with one click (mobile applications also add this option to the phone's Sharing tool).
Notion (2016) is a multifunctional knowledge-management service that combines notes, databases, wikis, kanban boards, calendars and tasks in one interface. It builds the knowledge structure based on "blocks." Notion also has an AI assistant and Gmail integration. You can use Notion to save web articles, but it is not as convenient as Instapaper.
