SwissTransfer is a data transfer platform that allows users to send files. The service respects users' privacy.

WeTransfer is a free service to send big or small files from A to B. WeTransfer users can send files up to 10GB in the free version.
SwissTransfer and WeTransfer are both free online services for sending large files over the Internet. They do not require software installation (like torrent) and work in a browser, allowing you to send files up to several dozen GB, which is much more than one email can handle. The recipient receives a link to the downloaded file by email and does not need to register. These services are often used in the creative and professional fields. Both services are European and therefore respect strict European data protection laws.
But SwissTransfer (launched in 2019) - as the name suggests - is Swiss, so its reliability and security are (theoretically) higher. It has a higher limit - up to 50GB and you can set the file storage period (up to 30 days) and limit the number of downloads. Password protection and end-to-end encryption are also possible. There are no advertising banners and user analytics collection
WeTransfer (2009) - is a more popular service owned by the Italian company Bending Spoons. Allows you to send up to 20GB for free and there is a paid version - over 20GB. The service's website has a lot of advertising and (according to rumors) uses user files for AI-training. But it is more convenient and has proven its reliability over 20 years of operation.
